The Class Afloat Foundation operates as a fully volunteer organisation with no staff, office or administration expenses other than the costs of registration and annual filing requirements. This means that aside from the nominal cost of regulatory filing requirements in Canada and the US,100% of donations received by the foundation go directly toward funding student scholarships.
As a registered charity in Canada and a (501) (c) (3) organisation in the USA, The Class Afloat Foundation is entitled to issue a tax receipt as acknowledgement of your generous donation.
